Foam Durability

Density can be stated as foam durability. If more polymer material is used to produce foam, a better foam that remains in its original properties is obtained. Foam durability research based on the measurement of the fatigue value is based on the decrease in foam hardness after the continuous application of a specific load for a predetermined number of times. If the polymer density increases, the loss of hardness is less. Less hardness loss means the foam remains closer to its original properties during the period of use. Also, foam durability can be expressed with permanent deformation or the height loss tendency values of the foam. If the density increases, the height loss decreases dramatically. This ensures that the fabric on the foam remains taut and does not take the body imprint. It is one of the best ways to understand foam durability.
